This year I rode up with my friend Chris, who owns Maryland Homebrew. We got free VIP passes because we would each be working a shift. She would pour for Charm City Meadworks and I would pour for Mystique Barrel Brewing and Lager House. It was a nice sunny day at Canton Waterfront Park. After the fest we went to Suspended and had a bottle of a nice sour ale called Leda. I didn't take any photos there. Then we went to nearby Wico Street for a few beers and some food from the food truck.

On the way back we stopped at the Ferndale Tavern, where Chris had been many times but I'd never been. It's a neighborhood pub that doesn't have craft brews so Chris got a few Natty Bohs and I got a gin and tonic. We shot pool and made friends with some of the locals.

When we got to Chris's house we had a beer or two and crashed.
